Ug ug ug. New job + Tampa for the weekend + dog with broken foot + free trial of City of Heroes from a friend = no updates.

On the upside, I finished the grey/brown sock below, started and finished a sock with the lorna's laces circus:




I also sat down and did fair isle for the first time two weekends ago on some Dulaan mittens. Whoever said it's harder than intarsia is most likely full of shit:

Finally, this came in the mail from Knitpicks:




Oh yeah. SOCKYARNYESYESYES. I've started a sock in the sock garden morning glory (on the left, there) and it's soooo soft and knits well. My only gripe is that it's 100% merino, so I'm gonna have to hand wash it. Trying to decide what I'm going to dye the two white skeins. I think one of them will be bright orange and bright green. My brain is loving the hell out of Lida's Gekiai Merry-go-round costume lately (Okay, just loving the hell out of Lida in general cause he's so damn cool), and since that's orange and green, it's a logical choice.

Oh, and that bit of camouflauged knitting you see there in the corner is the scarf my grandma made me. Weirdly enough, probably because I'm going to try to cosplay Aya's Love is Dead camo!lolita dress, I've been thinking about those colors, too.
