No cable

Due to Dennis eating up fiberoptic cables 200 miles away in Pensacola, I have no internet access at home. Even though it's 200 miles away from Pensacola. Grr. Funnily enough, my TV cable works just fine.

As for the dying of the yarn for Clapotis... >_<. Yup, that sums it up. I could not get them to match up right. So it's a bit more... pink... than the rest of the thing. But you know, I don't really care. Well, I do, but I'm not going to let it bother me. The damn thing is almost finished and I've been slogging through it off and on since mid-March. I just want it done. And it was only intended to be something to go on my computer chair and to get used when I get cold in winter, since it's easier than hauling the comforter off my bed and cheaper than running the heat. If I ever make a clapotis again with hand dyed yarn (because my psychotic brain is going 'OOH OOH I LOVE TO DROP THE STITCHES LET'S DO ANOTHER') I'm just going to dye up about 800 yards. The leftover dyed yarn can be used in stuff like Dulaan mittens.

Speaking of which, I do hope there is a Dulaan 2006.
