Notes: +'gururi'? The only definition I found meant 'surroundings'. I'm thinking this is a sound-word. I'm thinking it means he's got a tic that's come back in his eye (Twitchy eye, twitchy eye!).
*I could not find 'pikori' in a dictionary. I'm assuming it's a sound-word to represent crying. I think the gist of the line is he's crying and laughing at the same time.
