Translation

The bathroom floor. Today's confession starts flowing, into the drain.

* kutchiutsushi means 'to repeat mindlessly' or 'conveying by word of mouth' depending on kanji.
+ 目眩い - not in the dictionary. However, 目眩 (memai) means 'dizziness/giddiness' - as that's the pronunciation sung, I'm going with that.
